1. Service Agreement

Welcome to . These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our limousine and chauffeured transportation services ("Services"). By booking or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Our Services include, but are not limited to, airport transfers, point-to-point transportation, hourly charter services, corporate transportation, and special event transportation.

2. Booking & Reservations

2.1 How to Book

Reservations may be made through our website, by phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability, particularly during peak periods, holidays, and special events.

2.2 Confirmation Process

Upon submission of a reservation request, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. This confirmation will include your trip details, vehicle assignment, pickup time, and total estimated fare. Please review all details carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.

A reservation is not considered confirmed until you receive an official confirmation email or confirmation number from our office. We reserve the right to decline any reservation at our discretion.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including but not limited to:

  • Correct pickup and drop-off addresses
  • Accurate date and time of service
  • Number of passengers and luggage requirements
  • Valid contact phone number and email address
  • Flight information for airport transfers

We are not liable for delays, missed pickups, or additional charges resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Client.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Standard Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund with no cancellation fee. We understand plans change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best we can.

3.2 Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours but more than 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fare. Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be charged the full fare amount.

3.3 No-Show Policy

If a chauffeur arrives at the designated pickup location and the Client fails to appear within the allotted waiting time (15 minutes for standard pickups, 30 minutes for airport arrivals), the trip will be classified as a no-show and the full fare will be charged. No refund will be issued for no-show instances.

3.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Refund timelines may vary depending on your financial institution.

3.5 Company-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that we must cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, mechanical issues, or emergencies, we will make every reasonable effort to arrange alternate transportation. A full refund will be issued if alternative arrangements cannot be made.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and approved corporate accounts. Payment is due at the time of booking unless prior arrangements have been made for corporate or account-based billing.

4.2 Pricing

All fares are quoted in the local currency and are inclusive of the base rate for the vehicle and service type selected. Quoted fares may be subject to change based on actual trip conditions, including but not limited to route changes requested by the Client, additional stops, waiting time, or tolls and parking fees incurred during service.

4.3 Additional Charges

The following may result in additional charges beyond the quoted fare:

  • Waiting time beyond the complimentary window
  • Additional stops not included in the original booking
  • Tolls, parking fees, and airport surcharges
  • After-hours or holiday surcharges
  • Vehicle cleaning fees for excessive soiling or damage

4.4 Gratuity

Gratuity for your chauffeur is not included in the quoted fare and is left to your discretion. A customary gratuity of 15% to 20% is appreciated for exceptional service. For certain bookings, a standard gratuity may be included and will be noted at the time of reservation.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

5.1 Conduct

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner at all times during the service. Disruptive, threatening, or abusive behavior toward the chauffeur or other passengers will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

5.2 Vehicle Care

Clients are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the vehicle during their service. Any damage to the vehicle interior or exterior, including stains, burns, tears, or breakage, caused by the Client or their guests will be assessed, and the Client will be charged for cleaning or repair costs accordingly.

5.3 Prohibited Items & Activities

The following are strictly prohibited in all vehicles:

  • Smoking, vaping, or use of any tobacco products
  • Use or possession of illegal substances
  • Transportation of hazardous materials or firearms
  • Open containers of alcohol where prohibited by law
  • Excessive noise or conduct that endangers safety
  • Transportation of pets without prior approval

Violation of these policies may result in immediate service termination, and the Client will remain responsible for the full fare plus any applicable cleaning or damage fees.

5.4 Seat Belts & Child Safety

All passengers are required to wear seat belts in compliance with local laws. Clients traveling with children are responsible for providing appropriate child safety seats as required by law. We can provide child seats upon request with advance notice.

6. Liability & Insurance

6.1 Insurance Coverage

All vehicles in our fleet carry commercial automobile liability insurance in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Our insurance provides coverage for bodily injury and property damage sustained during the course of our Services.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide safe and timely transportation, shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle
  • Missed flights, appointments, or events resulting from delays
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

Our total liability for any claim arising from Services shall not exceed the total fare paid for the specific trip in question.

6.3 Lost Property

We are not responsible for items left in our vehicles. However, if personal property is found after your trip, we will make reasonable efforts to return it to you. A handling and delivery fee may apply for the return of lost items.

7. Modifications to Service

7.1 Right to Modify

We reserve the right to modify trip details, including routing and scheduling, to ensure safety and efficiency. If significant changes to your reservation are necessary, we will make every effort to notify you as far in advance as possible.

7.2 Vehicle Substitution

In the event that the reserved vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or higher class at no additional charge. If a comparable substitute is not available, we will notify the Client and offer a full refund or rescheduling option.

7.3 Route Changes

Chauffeurs may alter the planned route due to traffic conditions, road closures, or safety concerns. Any client-requested route changes during the trip may result in adjustments to the final fare.
